Guided by the timeless traditions of classic French pâtisserie, we craft our macarons in small, disciplined batches using only the world’s finest raw ingredients. Because we believe every ingredient deserves to be enjoyed at its absolute peak, our collection changes completely twice each year.
We invite you to slow down, discover the season, and wander through sun-soaked gardens, distant shores, and botanical landscapes where every flavor tells the story of a place.
This summer’s collection celebrates fragrant lavender fields, Mediterranean afternoons, tropical islands, Japanese tea gardens, and Persian courtyards. Home-harvested lavender, cold-pressed Japanese yuzu, Valrhona Inspiration Passion Fruit couverture, Callebaut Ruby chocolate, organic matcha, fresh coriander, and hand-selected Persian pistachios come together in six distinctive creations.
Every shell, every ganache, every center captures summer at its most vivid.
Le Voyage d’Été is available for a limited time. When summer draws to a close, this collection will enter our seasonal archive, making way for an entirely new Autumn & Winter journey.
- Summer in Saint-Tropez – (Yuzu & Lavender)
A delicate violet shell cradles a velvety lavender ganache infused with home-harvested lavender buds and brightened with cold-pressed Japanese yuzu, evoking warm evenings along the French Riviera.
